Fast Five
In 2011 Fast Five is hitting the theaters. This will be the fifth fast and furious movie made. The first one is always going to be the best but they are all pretty good so far. In the fifth one Paul Walker and Vin Diesel are still going to be playing their same characters. In 2 fast 2 furious, which is the second movie, Vin Diesel isn't in that one. Instead Tyrese takes his roll and does a good job. It would be better if they kept the same characters for all the movies. In this fifth movie, Vin will play Dominic Toretto, and Paul will play, Brian O'Connor. This should be a good one. Hopefully it will be the last one because pretty soon people will start losing their taste for the fast and furious movies.

I agree that movies do start to get worse as the sequels drag out. However, every once in a while the sequel is better. As you said, they should also keep the same actor/actress for certain character roles. You might lose fans or maybe just confuse them in general with a change.
ReplyDeleteI think they just stop already even though the last movie they put out was pretty legit.I agree with you Ali, if yer gonna make sequels, they better have the same actors/actresses in it. like the Mummy trilogy they did a good job keeping the cast together until the last movie. They lost the lead actress form the first two movies, so it didn't seem right. But I think Fast and furious just needs to quit, they are jsut milking it as long as they can.
ReplyDeleteThe problem with them trying to make so many sequels is that they all kinda have the same story line. I mean theres only so much one can do with a story about sweet looking, fast cars. I do agree that keeping the same characters wouldve been the best way to go, but right now the best thing they can do is just stop with the sequels. If this keeps going its just gonna end up doing the same thing as the american pie series.
ReplyDeleteI think they should have stopped after the first one because they have all gotten progressively worse.Like the story lines are getting crazier and more unreal. The first one was good because it was pretty believe able and you believe most of this happening.In all it's a movie and if they can make money making them all the power to them.
